摘要
目的探讨血浆置换联合血液滤过治疗在多器官功能衰竭患者中应用疗效及护理方法。方法对符合多器官功能衰竭及肝功能衰竭诊断标准的59例患者,给予血浆置换联合血液滤过治疗,观察治疗前后患者器官功能指标的变化。结果经过治疗,59例患者的生命体征等治疗均有所改善,效果显著。结论护理人员在操作过程中需严密观察病情、预见潜在的风险、预防并发症的发生,可以保证护理安全,提高治疗效果。
Objective To study the blood filtration plasmapheresis therapy in patients with multiple organ failure curative effect and nursing method. Methods The multiple organ failure and liver function failure diagnosis standard of 59 patients, giving blood filtration plasmapheresis therapy, organ index of the changes of the patients were observed before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the treatment such as vital signs of 59 cases were improved, the effect is remarkable. Conclusion The nursing staff should strictly observe the condition, predict the potential risks and prevent the occurrence of complications in the process of operation, which can ensure the safety of nursing and improve the treatment effect.
