早期肠内营养联合益生菌对呼吸内科危重症患者的效果

摘要 目的分析早期肠内营养联合益生菌对呼吸内科危重症患者的效果。方法回顾性分析2013年2月-2015年10月本院收治的392例呼吸内科危重症患者早期肠内营养联合益生菌进行治疗的临床资料,将其分为对照组及观察组,其中对照组(197例)进行早期肠内营养治疗,观察组(195例)在对照组基础上联合益生菌进行治疗,记录并分析相关数据。结果治疗后,观察组呼吸内科危重症患者的营养指数及肠道适应性优于对照组,两组差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论早期肠内营养联合益生菌有效改善患者的营养状况。 Objective Analysis of early enteral nutrition combined probiotics on critically ill patients of respiratory medicine effect. Methods 392 cases of respiratory medicine in critically ill patients with early enteral nutrition combined probiotic clinical data for treatment were chosen from February 2013 to October 2015 in our hospital, which was divided into the observation group and the control group, in which the control group(197 cases) early enteral nutrition therapy, the observation group(195 cases) in the control group on the basis of joint probiotic treatment, record and analyze the relevant data. Results After treatment, the observation group of critically ill patients of respiratory medicine index nutrition and intestinal adaptability than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Early enteral nutrition combined with probiotics effectively improve the nutritional status of patients.
