基于着色Petri Net的教育突发事件应急预案模型构建与分析

摘要 教育突发事件一旦发生,不仅会影响学校正常的教学科研秩序,更可能产生一系列不良的连锁反应,而合理的应急预案可以为指挥人员提供有效的决策信息,有效减少不良反应的发生.围绕"组织体系→运行机制→应急保障→监督管理(ORES)"流程,提出基于着色Petri Net(CPN)的教育突发事件应急预案模型,并通过校园突发火情案例验证CPN的基本性质,将突发事件信息处理、Petri Net建模和应急预案知识表示三者紧密结合起来并进行理论验证,以实现多领域的融合和系统建模,为应急预案系统化和数字化的实现奠定基础. Education emergency will not only cause serious influence on the stability of campus environment, but also have a series of adverse chain reaction. Reasonable emergency plans can provide effective decision-making information to the command staff. This paper is just around the process ' Organizational System→Running Mechanism→Emergency safeguard→Supervising and proposes the education emergency plans model based on colored Petri net(CPN),and even proves the emergency plan model through a sudden fire case in campus.
