摘要
以某火力发电厂新建300MW发电项目直接空冷凝汽装置为工程实例,采用A字形结构框架空冷器,将扁钢管钎焊蛇形铝翅片管作为空冷凝汽器的核心传热元件,应用数学解析方法进行了工艺设计计算,可为直接空冷凝汽器的设计计算提供参考。
Taking the 300 MW power generation project of a thermal power plant for example,a direct air-cooled condenser needs to be designed.A-shaped structure frame air cooler was adopted,flat steel pipe brazed with S-shaped aluminum fin was used as heat transfer element and mathematics method was introduced to compute the direct air-cooled condenser.It will provide reference for design and calculation of the direct air-cooled condenser.
