摘要
永宁水库溢流坝段结构复杂、混凝土体积大、水化热高、溢流面采用二期混凝土浇筑,混凝土的温度应力和裂缝严重影响结构的耐久性和安全性。通过对不同开工时间下的溢流坝施工方案进行仿真计算,得到每种工况下的最大拉应力,分析了不同时间开工的方案下最大拉应力的变化规律,给出了溢流坝段大体积混凝土结构最佳开工时间。
The temperatures stresses and concrete cracks seriously affect the structure durability and safety during construction of the project due to the structure complexity, mass concrete, high hydration heat, two-stagepouring of overflow dam face concrete. By simulation analysis of the construction schedules on different commencement dates, the maximum tensile stresses of mass concrete in each case are given. Besides, the behaviors ofmaximum tensile stress of overflow dam under different construction schedules are analyzed, and the best commencement date for mass concrete of the overflow dam is determined.
