摘要
建立了采用辉光放电光谱法分析锌合金中铝、铜、铁、镉、铅元素含量的基体分析方法,该方法的稳定性良好(相对标准偏差均小于3%),元素各个含量水平测试值的相对标准偏差均小于10%。通过实验室内的精密度试验得到了各元素含量实验室内重复性及再现性之间的关系方程式,并应用标样验证了该方法的准确度和精密度良好。
The matrix analysis method for analyzing the content of such elements as A l, Cu,Fe, Cd and Pb was determined by the glow discharge spectrometry. For the constancy remains goodby using the said method with relative standard deviation less than 3%, all the relative standarddeviations of test values for each element with different content were less than 1 0 % . Therelationship equation between the repeatability and reproducibility of content of all elementsmeasured by carrying out the accuracy test in laboratory was established. The accuracy andprecision by using the said analysis method was verified by standard samples.
