摘要
目的探究经皮肾镜取石术中实施舒适护理的临床价值。方法选取经皮肾镜取石术患者40例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组接受基础护理,实验组则接受舒适护理干预,对比两组经皮肾镜取石术患者护理效果的差异性。结果实验组经皮肾镜取石术患者的术前2 h焦虑情况、护理质量以及护理满意度均较优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经皮肾镜取石术患者接受舒适护理的效果较好,可以缓解不良心理,提高治疗效果。
Objective To explore the percutaneous nephrolithotomy in the implementation of the clinical value of comfortable nursing. Methods 40 patients with percutaneous nephrolithotomy as the research object, according to random number table method were divided into two groups, control group accepted basic nursing, the experimental group received comfort nursing intervention, compared effect of two groups patients with percutaneous nephrolithotomy nursing. Results The experimental group percutaneous nephrolithotomy in patients with preoperative anxiety was 2 hours, nursing quality and nursing satisfaction optimal than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Percutaneous nephrolithotomy in patients with better accept the effect of comfortable nursing, can alleviate the adverse psychological, improve the effect of treatment.
