摘要
目的分析中西医结合方式在人工流产手术中的应用效果。方法我院近三年来1 500例接受人工流产术患者,在丙泊酚麻醉下完成手术,术后配合腹部暖宫贴及口服新生化颗粒一周,观察治疗效果。结果 1 500例人工流产患者镇痛镇静有效率100%,卧床休息20～30min后可离开,一周后复查有12例患者需要二次清宫。结论中西医结合方式用于人工流产效果较好。
Objective To analyze the effect of application of the integration of Chinese and western medicine for induced abortion. Methods From February 2013 to January 2016, 500 cases of patients with induced abortion operation completed in propofol anesthesia surgery. After surgery, the patient was treated with abdomen warm palace and oral new biological particles for a week, to observe the curative effect. Results The rate of analgesia calm effectiveness about 1 500 patients with induced abortion was 100%, the rest on bed for 20～30 min after leaving, a week after the review, 12 patients need to clearing uterus.Conclusion The combination with traditional Chinese and western medicine for induced abortion has better effect.
