摘要
目的探讨参附注射液辅助治疗对急性白血病患者生活质量的影响。方法将我院收治的78例急性白血病患者按照随机数字表法将其分为两组,即观察组与对照组,每组各39例患者,对照组患者给予常规化疗方案治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予辅助性应用参附注射液治疗,观察两组患者化疗后外周血象变化情况,采用QLQ-C30和FLIC量表对两组患者的生活质量进行评价。结果观察组患者白细胞、红细胞及血小板水平恢复正常时间均少于对照组患者,而QLQ-C30量表总评分和FLIC量表总评分均高于对照组患者,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者的生活质量优于对照组患者。结论在常规化疗方案中辅助应用参附注射液能够提高临床治疗效果,改善患者的生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of Shenfu Injection on quality of life in patients with acute leukemia. Methods 78 cases of patients with acute leukemia in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 39 cases in each group, control group were treated with conventional chemotherap, observation group, on the basis of control group, were treated with auxiliary application of Shenfu injection treatment, to observe the changes of peripheral hemogram in two groups. Using QLQ-C30 and FLIC scale of two groups evaluated the quality of life. Results The time of normal level of white blood cells, red blood cells and platelet of observation group were less than that of control group, while the QLQ-C30 score and FLIC score were higher than those of control group. There was significant difference between ttwo groups（P〈0.05）, the quality of life of observation group is better than that of control group. Conclusion The conventional chemotherap combined with Shenfu injection can improve the clinical effect and the quality of life of patients.
