摘要 当前承担生化事件救援队伍的侦检设备科技含量还不是很高,一些生化物泄漏时,短时间内很难对泄漏物进行准确定性,而残酷的灾害事件又要求救援力量必须立即展开救援。面对这样的形势,探讨性质不明生化物泄漏事件处置对策必要而有意义。本文通过对沙林(GB)、梭曼(GD)和维埃克斯(VX)的毒理作用、临床症状和中毒途径进行分析,从人员救助、个人防护、毒物处置、毒物洗消等方面提出性质不明生化物泄漏处置对策。 The current level of detection equipment and technology of rescue team to handle biochemical accidents is not high. When some biochemical substance leaks, it's difficult to confirm the qualities in a short period of time, but cruel disaster needs the rescue forces to handle immediately. In the face of such situations, it is necessary and meaningful to investigate properties of unknown biochemical substance leakage and disposal strategy. The strychnos, clinical symptoms and poisoning way of sarin ( GB), soman ( GD), and VX (VX) were analyzed, disposal strategy of assistance, personal protective, hazardous materials, poison decontamination on unknown biochemical substances leakage were established.
