摘要
喹诺酮类抗生素作为临床上使用的第二大类抗菌药物,其滥用对生态环境和人类健康产生了巨大的危害。本文通过对国内外喹诺酮类抗生素的来源、危害、降解等行为特点及对生态效应相关的研究进行阐述,探讨光解、化学氧化、生物降解等降解方法及其在自然环境中经济高效的降解方法,为今后喹诺酮类抗生素的有效利用和水资源的有效利用提供理论依据。
Quinolone antibiotics is the second successful family of antibiotics developed for clinical application. The abuse of quinolone antibiotics causes great damage to natural environments and human health. The sources,the dangers and degradation performance of quinolone antibiotics,and the impact on ecological effect induced by antibiotics were reviewed. The degradation method of quinolone antibiotics,like photolysis,chemical oxidation and biodegradation was also studied,to further develop a high- efficiency and low- cost degradation method in nature environments. It may provide a powerful theory for the effectively application of quinolone antibiotics and water resources.
