摘要
主要介绍了传统法、BIOLOG法、磷脂脂肪酸(PLFA)法、PCR分析法进行土壤微生物多样性分析的优缺点,阐述了有机肥概念,综述了有机肥对土壤微生物多样性的影响。指出施用有机肥对微生物多样性的不同影响,合理配施有机肥对于土壤微生物数量、结构和组成都有影响,有助于降低作物发病率,同时能够有效提高作物产量和产值。文章还针对当前研究的方法和探索的方向进行了归纳和总结,对今后有机肥关于微生物的研究方向进行了展望。
This paper described the advantages and disadvantages of several soil microbial diversity analysis methods conducted by conventional methods, BIOLOG law, PLFA and PCR. Described the influences of organic fertilizeron soil microbial diversity. And pointed out the effect of organic fertilizer application on the microbial diversity soil microorganisms, reduced the incidence of crops and improve crop yields. Problems of current researches and future research directions were suggested.
