摘要
应急物资配送中心选址问题是突发事件应急管理过程中的战略性决策问题。由于决策专家在工作经验、专业知识以及对决策问题的了解程度等方面会存在一定差异,使其对于决策问题的重要性不尽相同。为了保证评价结果的合理性与准确性,首先确定决策专家的权重,构建考虑专家权重和不考虑专家权重两种情况下的初始矩阵,然后运用灰理想关联熵法计算两种情况下各候选地址的加权灰熵,最后根据决策者的偏好为两种情况分配权重,计算各候选地址的综合加权灰熵,并据此对候选地址进行评选,很好地解决了应急物资配送中心的选址问题。
Locating the distribution center of the emergency materials is the strategic decision making problem in the emergency management process.Because there are large differences among experts,such as work experience,professional knowledge and understanding degree of decision problems,experts are not equally important to the decision problem.In order to ensure the evaluation results’ rationality and accuracy,this paper confirms the expert weight and establishes the initial matrix in two cases of considering expert weight and not considering expert weight firstly.Then,this paper computes the weighted grey correlation entropy of the candidate address of the two cases.Finally,this paper distributes weight for the two cases and computes the comprehensive weighted grey correlation entropy of the candidate address which will contribute to compare and select the candidate address.This paper solves the problem of the location of the distribution center of emergency materials properly.
