摘要
水利水电信访工作是水电移民工作的重要组成部分,移民不稳,社会难稳。论文基于云南省昭阳区移民信访工作的实践,分析相关问题,认为新形势下水电移民信访工作要注重解决实际问题、加强思想工作和还原历史相结合,要提高认识,建章立制,规范管理,充分发挥基层组织建设桥梁纽带作用。
Treating the petition letter and visit from the hydropower immigrants is an important work of hydropower resettlement.The society cannot be stable without the stability of the hydropower immigrants.Based on the practice of treating the petition letter and visit from the hydropower immigrants in Zhaoyang District of Zhaotong City,Yunnan Province,the paper,after the analysis of relevant issues,concludes that the treatment of the petition letter and visit from the hydropower immigrants under the new situation should focus on solving practical problems and strengthen ideological work linking to the quondam facts.It is also necessary to be conscious of the importance of the petition work,set up corresponding rules and regulations,standardize the management and make full use of the linking function of the basic organizations.
