摘要
本文对美国《ASHREA90.1标准》和《IECC标准》的发展历史、修订、批准、采纳、执行方式方法进行了全面研究,对能源部"建筑节能标准项目"在美国建筑节能标准体系顶层设计所做的工作进行了分析,提出了对我国建筑节能标准体系进一步完善的建议。
This paper introduced the history and the methodology of development,revision,adoption,compliance and enforcement of ASHREA 90.1 and IECC,analyzed the related work that done by Building Energy Code Program in this area,propose the potential work that could improve the China building energy codes standards system in the future.
