摘要
为提升国产钢齿牙轮钻头的性能水平,研究开发了2种分别适用于钢齿牙轮钻头的齿面和背锥的表面敷焊材料,考察并比较了2种敷焊材料焊缝金属与进口同类产品在高应力工况和低应力工况下的耐磨损能力。研究及钻井现场应用结果表明,应用2种表面敷焊材料的钻头显著提高了钻井过程中的进尺能力和钻进效果,对钻井工程具有明显的经济效益。
Two kinds of surface overlay materials were researched and developed for the tooth area and the gage area of the milled tooth cone bit,respectively.The wear resistance of two surface overlay materials was studied and compared with the imported similar surface overlay materials under both high stress and low stress condition.Results showed that those cone bits with the developed surface overlay materials had obviously increased the footage and rate of penetration from the results of the research test and the field drilling data,which illustrated that the application of the developed surface overlay materials would bring better economic benefits for drilling engineering.
