摘要
公示语在对外交流中的作用日益凸显,但目前公示语的翻译却极不规范,错误百出,尤其是方位公示语的翻译。在方位公示语翻译中,译者可以借鉴关联理论,从语义、功能和文化3个角度对特定语境中的明示信息进行语用解读,推理出方位公示语所要表达的交际意图,寻找到方位公示语的最佳交际关联设想,从而向其受众进行有效的信息传达,达到有效的对外交流目的。
The function of public signs is increasingly important in international exchange while their translation is not standard,even with some mistakes,especially the translation of directional terms in public signs. Translators can conduct the translation of directional terms in public signs from the perspective of semantics,function and culture based on relevance theory so as to figure out the inferential communication intention by interpreting their ostensive information to find out the optimized relevant assumption and convey the accurate information to audiences effectively,to carry out desired international communication.
