摘要
低碳钢丝的拉拔机卷筒磨损后会制约生产的顺行.卷筒磨损主要出现在根部及以上30 - 40mm 处,根据这一特点对卷筒结构进行了改进设计.设计成分体式卷筒:一部分为卷筒本体,一部分为活动件.卷筒本体稍作改动,活动件成4 等分环形用螺栓固定在卷筒本体上,能便捷拆装.当卷筒根部出现磨损后只需更换活动件,不必整体吊装卷筒.避免了卷筒本体损耗, 降低了备用卷筒数量,消除了卷筒磨损对生产的制约.
