摘要
随着社会的进步,科技的发展,数控机床在我国的应用也越来越普遍,现在数控机床已经在144个机械制造业中得到了使用,数量也会越来越多,那就对数控维修专业人才的需求也会越来越多。《数控机床机械部件的装配与调整》这门课程是数控设备应用与维护专业的主干专业课程之一,课程以数控机床机械部件的构造与装调为主线,构建数控机床使用和制造从业人员对数控机床机械部件的认知、运用、维护的职业能力。本文主要是浅谈《数控机床机械部件的装配与调整》这门课程的一体化教学的一些想法,也是希望能有更好的方法培养出更多的专业人才。
With the progress of the society,the development of science and technology,the application of nc machine tools in our country is becoming more and more popular,and now the numerical control machine tool has in 144 the use of mechanical manufacturing,the number will be more and more,the demand for CNC maintenance professionals will be more and more.The CNC machine mechanical parts assembly and adjustment of the course is nc equipment application and maintenance of professional one of the major professional courses,courses in the structure of the CNC machine mechanical parts and acting as the main line,construction of CNC machine tool used on nc machine tools and manufacturing practitioners mechanical parts of cognition,use,maintenance of professional ability.This article mainly discuss about the CNC machine mechanical parts assembly and adjustment of the course of integration of teaching ideas,also hope to have a better way,training more professionals.
