摘要
空调蒸发器出现结霜持续不化或结冰现象,会减少空气流通面积而导致整机制冷效果迅速下降,甚至导致系统瘫痪等异常。机械式空调蒸发器防冻结可靠性保护较少而更容易出现结霜不化问题。为解决机械式空调器结霜不化问题,本文从机械式空调化霜机制、化霜不及时失效机理进行分析,并研究除霜新技术及防冻结保护可靠性试验等。
Air conditioning evaporator appears phenomenon or freezing frost continued, refrigeration effect can reduce air circulation area and cause the whole machine drops rapidly, and even lead to abnormal system paralysis, etc. Mechanical air conditioner evaporator put less reliable protection and more prone to frost deposit problem.
