摘要
本文报道3年来经皮穿刺三叉神经池注射甘油治疗三叉神经痛50例,其中9例曾施行过三叉神经的其它手术后复发者。首次注射有效者42例(84％);两次注射以后疼痛完全缓解46例(92％),3例症状改善,仅需服用少量止痛药,1例无效。1年以后复发者1例,再次注射甘油后疼痛完全消失。仅4例术后面部出现小区域的感觉改变。没有严重并发症。并对注射甘油的手术方法及注意事项进行介绍和讨论。
The authors described the method of percutaneous in jeetion of glycerol into the trigeminal cistern for the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia.This method had been used in 50 cases of trigeminal neuralgia since November 1987.In this series of patients,nine cases had previous treatment with intracranial operation.With the first glycerol injection the effective rate reached 84%,and with and additional injection it reached 92%.Among 50 cases,forty-six patients (92%) are totally painfree after one or more glycerol injection.Three patients are improved and require only to take a small dose of analgetic,one patient had no reliefts.The recurrence after initial relief of the symptoms appeared in one patient,who recovered after treating with the same method once again.Four patients had changes of sensation in small facialarea after the procedure.There were no serious complications,but a long-term follow up would be required for further evaluation of this method.
