摘要
目的 寻找防治失神经面肌萎缩的药物。方法 手术切断 1 6只家兔左侧颞骨内面神经 ,术后被随机平均分入 4个组 ,经皮直接向左鼻唇提肌内注药 ,分别给予 0 .1ml的生理盐水、生理盐水 +NGF、生理盐水 +bFGF、生理盐水 +NFG +bFGF ,每周 1次 ,共注射 5次。第六十天处死 ,称量双侧鼻唇提肌湿重 ,取肌组织做常规病理检查。结果 4组湿重改变率分别为 59.0 2 %、51 .39%、91 .68%和 72 .37% ;bFGF组与术后注射生理盐水组有明显差异 ;其他各组间无统计学差异 ;光镜检查发现bFGF组肌萎缩程度最轻。结论 bFGF靶肌注射有防治失神经面肌萎缩的作用。
Objective To find a kind of drug that can prevent and treat the facial muscle atrophy in deinnervation. Methods Vertical segments of the left facial nerve of the rabbits were cut for the experiment. The rabbits were randomly allocated into 4 groups. After surgery each group received injections of saline, saline+NGF, saline+bFGF, saline+bFGF+NGF respectively into their left nasal labial elevator muscles. Th e injection was carried out once a week for five weeks and all the rabbits were killed on the 60th day after surgery. Wet weight of the muscles and HE histology were used to investigate the muscle atrophy. Results The rates of the wet weight were 59.02%, 51.39%, 91.68%, and 72.37% respectively in the each group. In the bFGF group, the muscles showed slight atrophy under light microscope. There was a significant difference in the wet weight between the bFGF group and the saline group and no significance among other groups. Conclusion Facial muscle atrophy can be partly prevented by bFGF target muscle injection.
