摘要
某大型主题乐园硬质铺装道路为配合主体景观造形而产生了不规则混凝土板块,这种板块易出现裂缝和不均匀沉降。通过专题研究,采取了一种防止侧石和道路不均匀沉降的基座施工技术和传力杆、传力板、传力篮施工技术以及跳仓施工形成的成套景观道路施工技术,不仅解决了侧石和混凝土路面的不均匀沉降、错台、接缝失效、随机裂缝、应力集中等问题,同时还节材省工、创造了较好的经济效益,可为其他类似工程提供借鉴与参考。
In order to match with the landscape configuration in one theme park, a hard roadway with irregular concrete plates has to be paved, which is easy to cause cracks and uneven sinking. Through monographic study, a complete set of landscape pavement construction technology including foundation base construction technology, dowel bar, force plate and force basket construction technology, and sequence method has been applied to this project, which not only can solve the problem of uneven sinking of curbstone and concrete pavement, faulting of plate ends, joint failure, random cracks and stress concentration, but also can save materials and labor force; create good economic benefits and provide references for similar projects.
