摘要
使用潮红反应及饮酒行为问卷和不同浓度的乙醇贴膏对112名男性酒依赖者、社交性饮酒者及不嗜酒者进行调查。结果表明:三组人群间饮酒后潮红反应出现率存在明显差异;其饮酒行为也存在着区别;同时,不同浓度的乙醇贴膏试验在三组人群间表现出的阳性率也不相同。整个研究结果显示酒依赖者与正常对照人群对酒精的敏感性存在差异。
112 male alcoholics and normal controls (social drinkers and non-drinkers) were assessed with the Flushing Response and Drinking Behavior Questionnaire and Ethanol Patch Test for studying their alcohol sensitivity.The results demonstrated that there was a significant difference on the occurance of flushing response among the three groups; and also on their drinking behavior.Meanwhile,the positive rate of Ethanol Patch Test were also of statistical differences among them.The whole result of this study showed that there was significant difference on alcohol sensitivity between alcoholics and normal controls
