摘要 以黄腐酸(FA)为功能单体,Ni^(2+)为模板,Fe_3O_4/SiO_2为磁核,成功制备了新型离子印迹磁球(Fe_3O_4/SiO_2/FA)。研究结果表明:当水溶剂总体积为50mL时,其最佳制备工艺条件是:Fe_3O_4/SiO_2为1g,KH-560为1.2mL,FA(0.01g/mL)为30mL,NiCl_2·6H_2O(0.03g/mL)为12mL,反应温度为60℃。在Cr^(3+)和Pb^(2+)竞争离子存在条件下,相对选择性系数Ni^(2+)/Cr3+、Ni^(2+)/Pb^(2+)分别是221.44和609.72,表明Fe_3O_4/SiO_2/FA对Ni^(2+)离子具有较高的选择识别能力;经过5次吸附-脱附实验后,离子印迹磁球仍然具有较好的吸附使用性能。 A novel ion-imprinted magnetic ball( Fe_3O_4/SiO_2/ FA) is prepared with fulvic acid as a functional monomer,Ni^(2+) as a template and Fe_3O_4/SiO_2 as the core. The imprinted polymer is characterized by FT-IR,TG and laser particle size analyzer. The adsorption performance of Fe_3O_4/SiO_2/ FA is also evaluated. When the dosage of aqueous solvent is 50 m L,the optimized conditions are: 1 g of Fe_3O_4/SiO_2,1. 2 m L of KH-560,30 m L of FA( 0. 01 g/m L),12 m L of NiCl_2·6H_2O( 0. 03 g / m L) and 60℃ of reaction temperature. In presence of competitive ions such as Cr^(3+) and Pb^(2+),the relative selectivity coefficient of Ni^(2+)/Cr^(3+) and Ni^(2+)/ Pb^(2+) is 221. 44 and 609. 72,respectively,indicating that Fe_3O_4/SiO_2/ FA have a high selective recognition ability for Ni^(2+) ion. The ion-imprinted magnetic ball still has good adsorption performance after five adsorption-desorption experiments.
