摘要
目的探讨音乐疗法结合语言训练对孤独症儿童语言康复的疗效。方法选择80例孤独症儿童,根据收入机构时间先后分为对照组与观察组,对照组患儿给予语言训练,观察组患儿给予音乐疗法和语言训练。观察两组患儿治疗前后的孤独症儿童心理教育评核第3版(psycho—educationalprofile—thirdedition,PEP-3)及孤独症治疗评估量表(autismtreatmentevaluationchecklist,ATCE)评分。结果治疗后观察组的认知(语言/语前)(cognitiveverbal/preverbal,CVP)、语言理解(receptivelanguage,RL)、语言表达(expressivelanguage,EL)、小肌肉(finemotor,FM)、大肌肉(grossmotor,GM)、模仿(视觉/动作)(visual-motorimitation,VMI)及沟通合成分数(communication,C)与体能合成分数(motor,M)值均显著升高(P〈0.05),对照组的CVP、EL、RL、C值显著升高(P〈0.05);治疗后观察组的CVP、EL、RL、C值均明显高于对照组(P〈0.05)。与治疗前相比,两组的语言、社交、感知觉、行为及总分均明显下降(P〈0.05);治疗后观察组的各项评分均显著低于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论语言训练结合音乐疗法可提高孤独症患儿的语言表达、语言理解能力,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the efficacy of music therapy combined with speech training in the language rehabilitation of autistic children. ItCathods Eighty autistic children were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to time of entering the rehabilitation institution. The control group received speech training and the observation group speech training combined with music therapy. The psycho-educational profile-third edition (PEP-3) and autism treatment evaluation checklist (ATEC) scores before and after treatment were observed and compared. Results The cognitive verbal/ preverbal (CVP), receptive language (RL),expressive language (EL), fine motor (FM), gross motor (GM), visual-motor imitation (VMI), communication (C) and motor (M) scores of the treatment group after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment. The CVP, EL, RL and C of the control group were significantly higher than those before treatment (P〈0.05). The CVP, EL, RL and C of the observation group after treatment were significantly higher than those the control group (P〈0.05). Compared with the scores before treatment, the speech, social, perceptual, motion and total scores were significantly decreased (P〈0.05) and all scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion The music therapy combined with speech training can improve the expressive and understanding abilities of autistic children, so it is worthy of clinical application.
