摘要
妊娠病是妊娠期间发生的与妊娠有关的疾病,为妇科四大疾病之一;《四圣心源》为清代著名医家黄元御所著,此书"崇尚气化,首重中气",现通过对该理论的理解来介绍妊娠病的病因病机及治疗与中焦脾胃功能的密切关系。脾胃功能的健旺与否是胚胎形成及长养的基础,亦是妊娠疾病发生的重要影响因素,从而也使得治疗妊娠疾病"首在培土"理论的重要性为后世医家重视,对提高临床辨治疗妊娠疾病的能力具有重要意义。
Pregnancy disease is a disease that occ urs during pregnancy, and is one of the four major diseases of gynaecology.Sisheng Xinyuan is written by Huang yuanyu, who was a famous doctor in Qing Dynasty. Through learning the theory of ＂ advocating qi transformation, paying attention to middle qi firstly＂, we understood the etiology and pathogenesis and treatment of pregnancy dis-ease close relationship with the function of spleen and stomach. Normal function of spleen and stomach is the basis of the embryo formation and growth, and also is the important influence factors of pregnancy illness, so the later physicians in the treatment of dis-ease in pregnancy attached great importance to the function of spleen and stomach. It also has some significance on improving clinic effect and treatment ability.
