摘要
针对CPR1000核电机组没有成熟的逻辑图与模拟图设计规则这一问题,在研究SAMA图与梯形图的基础上,结合系统设计,提出了一套适用于CPR1000机组的仪控设计制图规则。以闭路冷却水系统为例,通过分析工艺需求、设计原则,确定了相关设备的控制逻辑;结合设计流程,最终形成了工艺系统的逻辑图与模拟图。整个制图过程验证了该设计规则的可行性,对今后同类机组的仪控设计具有一定的指导意义。
For the problem that CPR1000 nuclear power units lack of mature design rules for logic diagrams and analogue diagrams, on the basis of researching SAMA diagram and ladder diagram, and combining with system design, a set of drawing rules of I&C design for CPR 1000 units is proposed. With the closed cooling water system as example, through analyzing the demands for technological process and design principles, the control logics for associated facilities are determined. Combining with design procedures, the logic diagrams and analogue diagrams of the process system are formed finally. The whole drawing process verifies the feasibility of these design rules, which have certain guiding significance for designing I&C systems of similar units in the future.
