摘要
针对天然砂资源日益匮乏问题,采用机制砂取代或部分取代天然砂配制混凝土越来越受到重视,论文研究了同坍落度条件下机制砂及混合砂混凝土的力学性能和耐久性能,结果表明:与天然砂混凝土相比,机制砂或混合砂混凝土应提高需水量或减水剂掺量来保证其流动性;在相同减水剂掺量下,机制砂或混合砂取代天然砂拌制混凝土时,早期强度有所降低,但对后期强度影响较小;在相同水胶比条件下,机制砂或混合砂取代天然砂拌制混凝土时,强度有明显提升,然而总体上抗水渗透、抗氯离子渗透及收缩等耐久性能指标有所降低。
Because of the shortage of natural sand resources,artificial sand or mix-sand as the replacer of the nature sand were selected to prepare the concrete,and the mechanical properties and durability of the concrete were studied under the same condition of slump. The results indicated that the artificial sand or mix-sand concrete should be increased the amount of water or water reducer to ensure the mobility;the artificial sand or mix-sand as the replacer of the nature sand decreased the early compressive strength of the concrete,but the influence on the later strength was less with the same amount of water reducer;the strength of the artificial sand and mix-sand concrete was improved obviously,but the water permeability resistance and chloride-permeation resistance of the nature sand concrete are better than those of the artificial sand and mix-sand concrete,and the shrinkage rate of the nature sand concrete was less than that of the artificial sand and mix-sand concrete under the same condition of water cement ratio.
