摘要 对44例CT和临床资料分别证实为脑干、丘脑—基底节区、顶叶和三叉神经上颌分支损伤的病人,采用电流刺激牙龈,在头皮记录三叉神经诱发电位的方法。结果表明,上颌神经分支麻醉、损伤或脑干病变时,三叉神经诱发电位的N_(20)潜伏期和P_(34)波幅均有变化。丘脑—基底节区病变时,只有P_(34)波幅的轻度降低。本文讨论了上述病变时,三叉神经诱发电位的不同改变,并推测其可能的起源部位和辅助诊断价值。 In 44 cases,diagnosed and defined by CT and other clinical data as suffering ftorn nervous disorders at various foci,such as brain stem,thalamus-basal ganglion area,parietal lobe and superior maxillary branch of trigeminal nerve,when their maxillary gum was stimulated electrically,TSEP was recorded on the scalp.It was shown that the changes in latency (N20) and amplitude (P34) of TSEP were associated with the local anethesia or injury of the branch of superior maxillary nerve as well as the disorders of brain stem.Otherwise,the amplitude of P34 of TSEP was decreased slightly,when the disorder occured at the thalamus-basal area.The cause ofthe different changes in TSEP is discussed,the probable origins of the abnormal changes in TSEP and the supplementary diagnosis of TSEP are also considered.
