摘要
利用TMS320F2812 DSP作为系统的核心控制芯片,结合VVVF和SPWM控制原理,成功实现三相异步电动机斜坡加速启动。系统主电路采用AC-DC-AC结构,以电力二极管(SR)构成三相桥式整流电路整流,以绝缘栅双极晶体管(IGBT)构成三相逆变桥电路逆变,改变主电路输出的电压和频率,去控制三相异步电动机的启动。
In this paper,the DSP chip TMS320F2812 is used as the core of system control chip. According to the principle of SPWM control and VVVF,slope accelerating of the three-phase asynchronous motor is successfully implemented. System main circuit adopts AC-DC-AC structure. It uses the power diode( SR) to constitute a three-phase bridge rectifier circuit. And it uses the insulated gate bipolar transistor( IGBT) to constitute the three phase bridge inverter circuit. Thus,the output voltage and frequency from the main circuit are changed to control the startup of the three-phase asynchronous motor.
