一种实用的电梯对重侧最大允许缓冲距测量方法

A Useful Measuring Method of the Counterweight Side's Maximum Allowable Vertical Distance Between the Striking Plate and the Top of Buffer

摘要 设计了一种测量对重导轨的进一步制导行程的辅助测量装置,并给出了对重导轨进一步制导行程的测量方法;分析了确定对重撞板与其缓冲器顶面间最大允许垂直距离的约束条件。建立了求解该最大允许垂直距离的数学模型,最后给出了结果的合格性判定标准。 An auxiliary measuring device for further guided travel of the counterweight guide rail is designed, and the measuring method of further guided travel of counterweight guide rail is shown. The constraints of determining the maximum allowable vertical distance between the buffer striking plate and the buffer top are analyzed in detail, the mathematical model for solving the maximum allowable vertical distance is built. Finally the qualified judgment of the result is given.
