小寺沟铜矿减震爆破试验研究及应用

摘要 小寺沟铜矿井下采场距上杖子村较近,开采爆破过程会对居民区产生一定的震动影响。通过控制单排装药量,爆破后矿石爆堆块度合理,采取减震爆破方式,有效减小了爆破作业对周边居民区的震动影响。生产实践表明:减震爆破措施能有效地降低生产成本、提高回采效率,最大程度上降低对周边居民区的震动影响,取得了良好的爆破减震效果。 The underground stope of Xiaosigou Copper Mine is near beneath the residential district,so mining blasting process may have a certain impact on it. Some measures are needed to reduce the blasting shock impact. By reducing the amount of single row charge,the ore block in the blasted rock pile is acceptable; reduced shock blasting is adopted,effectively reducing the impact of blasting on adjacent residential district. Production practice show that the measures of blasting reduction can effectively reduce production cost,increase extraction efficiency and contain the impact on residential district to the maximum extent,achieving satisfactory shock reduction effect.
