摘要
我国土壤污染形势总体已相当严峻,通过数据调研、实例分析综述了土壤环境存在的问题,从土壤污染的类型、来源、分布及途径4个方面分析了土壤污染的成因,找出了土壤污染防治工作在政策体系、标准、技术、资金等方面存在的问题,并就如何控制污染土壤增量、有效减少污染土壤存量提出了思路与对策。
This paper summarizes the problems existed in the soil environment by the data investigation and case analysis,analyzes the causes of soil contamination based on soil pollution source,type,distribution and pathway and finds out the problems existed in the policy system,standard,technology and capital. Also some ideas and countermeasures for controlling the pollution of soil incremental and reducing the pollution of soil stock are put forward.
