病例167:44岁男性高血压合并腹腔干动脉夹层

摘要 患者,男,44岁,于2015年12月21日以＂头晕10年,加重伴心慌1个月＂为主诉再入院。10年前无明显诱因出现头晕,不伴头痛、黑矇及肢体活动障碍,无耳鸣、视物旋转,无恶心、呕吐,休息后缓解,在当地医院就诊,测血压140/100mm Hg（1mm Hg=0.133kPa）,此后多次测血压高,最高170/120mm Hg,诊断为高血压,坚持服用厄贝沙坦,150 mg/次,
