摘要
通过分析中国行业体育协会的历史演变,探讨了"脱钩"带来的良窳得失,同时认为短期存在如下问题:短期水土不服、产权问题、配套扶持政策能否跟进问题和人员的再安置问题,最后从脱钩不脱管、如何做好衔接、打造有序竞争机制、宽进与严管结合和体协自身能力建设等几个方面给出建议.
Through the analysis of the historical evolution of athletics profession association in China,this paper discusses the gain and loss brought by ＂disconnection＂. In the short period there are following problems： short-term non-acclimatization, issue of property rights, supportive policies to follow up and resettlement issues of the staff. Therefore, efforts need to be made to keep ＂disconnection＂ under control, do a good job in cohesion, create an orderly competitive mechanism, combine easy enrollment with strict supervision, and build up the capacity of athletics association.
