摘要 目的探讨超声引导技术用于深静脉置管应用的临床效果。方法收集我院2014年12月至2015年12月入院的220例行深静脉置管治疗的患者按随机分为两组。对照组患者给予右锁骨下深静脉盲穿,实验组患者给予右颈内静脉超声动态引导下穿刺,比较两组患者穿刺情况及并发症情况等。结果实验组一次穿刺插管成功率显著性大于对照组患者,存在显著性差异,具有统计学意义(P﹤0.01);实验组患者成功插管所需平均次数、穿刺时间及手术出血量均显著性少于对照组患者,存在显著性差异,具有统计学意义(P﹤0.01);实验组患者颈部血肿发生情况明显性低于对照组患者,存在明显性差异,具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);实验组患者总并发症发生情况显著性低于对照组患者,存在显著性差异,具有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。结论超声引导技术用于深静脉置管应用的临床效果效果显著,具有临床借鉴性。 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of ultrasound-guided techniques for deep venous catheter applications. Methods 220 patients with deep venous catheter routine treatment in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2015 hospitalized were randomly divided into two groups. The control group were treated with the right subclavian vein deep blind through the experimental group were treated with the right internal jugular vein under ultrasound guidance dynamic puncture, puncture two groups were compared and complications and so on. Results The experimental group once catheterization success rate significantly higher than the control group of patients, there was a significant difference was statistically significant(P〈0.01); experimental group the average number of successful intubation, puncture bleeding time and surgical volume significantly less than the control group of patients, there was a significant difference was statistically significant(P〈0.01); neck hematoma incidence of patients in the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group of patients there is an obvious difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05); experimental group overall complications were significantly lower than the control group of patients, there was a significant difference was statistically significant(P〈0.01). Conclusion Ultrasound-guided techniques for deep venous catheter application effect is remarkable clinical results, clinical Reference.
