摘要
天津生态城中部片区经六路上跨蓟运河故道桥梁工程为拱结构支撑的钢连续箱梁景观桥,以"飘带"为理念设计,造型新颖、独特,施工难度大。通过方案优化和仿真模拟,解决了淤泥河道内临时支架体系布置,不规则梁体节段划分、制作、拼装,异形钢箱梁体系转换、三维空间扭曲体"飘带"施工等难题,具有较高的推广意义。
Designed in the light of the notion of a "streamer", the bridge spanning the original course of the J 1 Ganal on the J lng Six Road in the mid-section of the ecological city of Tianjin is an arch-supported continuous steel box girder landscape bridge. It is novel and special in shape. However,it is rather difficult to build. By means of optimizing the various construction schemes and numerical simulation,the problems of arranging a temporary supporting system in the silt channel, the segment-dividing, making and assembling of the girder, the transition between different-shaped steel box girders and the construction of the twis- ted body of the "ribbon" ,etc. are all successfully solved. The project is of great importance in popularization.
