摘要
本文对H公司的战略和组织机构进行了分析,并运用ARIS软件工具对其进行流程梳理和流程仿真优化研究,以期探索一条适合制造企业业务流程梳理和优化的方法,实现流程的可视化和标准化,为其他企业的流程管理提供借鉴。
By taking H company as example,the paper analyzes the company's strategy and organization,uses ARIS software tool to make the process analysis and process simulation optimization research,to explore a suitable process and optimization method for manufacturing enterprise businesses. This can help visualize and standardize processes,which provides a reference for other enterprises in process management.
