摘要
通过采用外加入Cr颗粒方制备Cu-5wt%Cr复合材料,研究了冷拔变形量和中间退火工艺对Cu-5wt%Cr复合材料中纤维组织形成过程及力学性能和导电性的影响。结果表明:随变形量的增加,Cr颗粒变形不均匀;退火使纤维发生弯曲、粗化、溶断等现象;材料的冷拔变形量与合理的中间退火工艺相组合,可得到强度和导电率的良好配合。
Cu-5wt%Cr composite was prepared by outer join Cr particle. The effects of cold drawing deformation and intermediate annealing treatment on the fiber tissue formation, material strength and conductivity of Cu-5wt%Cr composite were studied. The results show that with the cold drawing deformation increasing, the deformation of Cr particle is unevenness. The bending, coarsening and fusing of the samples appear after annealing. Combining cold drawing deformation of material and reasonable intermediate annealing process, the composite with good combination property of strength and conductivity can be obtained.
