摘要
2014年,将广西的菲牛蛭(Hirudinaria manillensis)引种入贵州开展驯养试验,对菲牛蛭的摄食与生长进行了研究。结果显示:(1)引种菲牛蛭摄食系数随着体重的增加而降低,其中在体重小于1 g时摄食系数最大,为0.89±0.60,体重在1~4 g时为0.54±0.45,体重在4~10 g、11~17 g的摄食系数分别为0.37±0.26、0.24±0.18。(2)引种菲牛蛭平均快速代谢期随着体重的增加而延长,体重小于1 g时平均快速代谢期最短,为(3.30±0.82)d,体重在1~17 g之间时快速代谢期相近,约为6~7 d。(3)引种菲牛蛭增重率随体重的增加呈现下降趋势,其中体重小于1 g时增重率最大,可达626.67%,1~4 g时增重率下降最快,增重率为263.96%,11~17 g增重率最小,仅有64.01%。(4)体重在小于1 g、1~4 g、4~10 g、大于10 g几个阶段的饲料系数分别为209.57%、225.59%、237.12%和294.65%。研究表明,随着体重的增加引种菲牛蛭饲料系数有增加的趋势;引种菲牛蛭摄食系数在体重小于1 g、1~4 g、4~10 g、大于10 g等几个生长阶段有明显差异,投喂周期存在差异,可以以此作为菲牛蛭分级饲养的依据。
The Hirudinaria manillensis were introduced from Guangxi province into Guizhou province in 2014,the feeding and growth of H. manillensis in Guizhou was studied. The results showed that: 1) The feading coefficient of H. manillensis decreased gradually with the increase of the weight,and the feading coefficient was 0. 89 ± 0. 60,0. 54 ± 0. 45,0. 37 ±0. 26 and 0. 24 ± 0. 18. 2,respectively when the weight was 1 g,1 ~ 4 g,4 ~ 10 g,11 ~ 17 g,respectively. 2) The period of averaging rapid metabolic of H. manillensis were gradually extension with the increasing of the weight,and the period of averaging rapid metabolic was 3. 30 ± 0. 82 when their weight were 1g,while the period of averaging rapid metabolic was 6 ~ 7 days,when their weight were 1 ~ 17 g. 3) The growth rate of H. manillensis were decreased with the increasing of the weight,and the growth rate reach 626. 67% was highest when their weight less than 1 g. The decrease of growth rate was the fasted when their weight were 1 ~ 4 g,which was 263. 96%,and when their weight were 11 ~ 17 g was least,which was 64. 01%. 4) The feed coefficient were 209. 57%,225. 59%,237. 12%, and 294. 65%, respectively in group of weight less than 1 g,1 ~ 4 g,4 ~ 10 g,more than 10 g,respectively. The research indicated that the feed coefficient of H. manillensis has a increasing trend with the weight increase. The taking coefficient has significant differences in the stage of less than 1 g,1 ~ 4 g,4 ~ 10 g,and more than 10 g,the the feeding periods of Hirudinaria manillensis alsohas differences,and we could grading feeding H. manillensis according to it.
