摘要
采用定向凝固技术,进行了网球拍用新型镁合金Mg-8Al-1Zn-0.5Zr-0.15Y的制备,并进行了显微组织、物相组成、力学性能和耐腐蚀性能的测试与分析。结果表明,定向凝固技术的采用可显著提高合金的力学性能和耐腐蚀性能;与常规铸造相比,定向凝固制备出的该新型镁合金的抗拉强度增加31.5%、屈服强度增加36.3%、伸长率增加100.7%,中性盐雾腐蚀240 h后的质量损失率减小104.4%。
Mg-8Al-1Zn-0.5Zr-0.15Y magnesium alloy for tennis racket was produced by directional solidification, and the microstructure, phase composition, mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the alloy were tested. The results show that directional solidification could sharply improve the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the alloy. Compared with the magnesium alloy by common casting method, the directional solidification increases the tensile strength of the alloy by 31.5%, increases the yield strength by 6.3%, increases the elongation by 100.7% and decreases the mass lose rate after neutral salt spray corrosion for 240 h by 104.4%.
