摘要
法律的效益价值理论和经济分析方法是法学研究的理论领域和方法论上的重大突破。在市场经济条件下 ,法律的效益价值应当被看做是法律的基本价值。
Theory of efficiency Value and method of economic analysis are a great breakthrough in law theory domain.China is transforming planned economy into market-oriented economy.Efficiency should be regarded as the basic value of law.Theory of efficiency value will play a very important role in our society.
