摘要
脱乙烷塔使用10年后,检查发现外表面存在裂纹。通过设计工装以及采用新的维修方法,悬空塔体上部23米,使28米多高的脱乙烷塔原地不动的情况下,更换该塔底部4米多的筒体,保证装置继续安全平稳生产。
After 10 years of use of the tower, the presence ofcracks on the outer surface of the tower is checked. Through thedesign of tooling and the new maintenance method unconnected 23meters in the upper part of the tower body, 28 meters high ethanetower standing motionless case, 4 meters of replacement at thebottom of the tower cylinder to ensure device to the safe and stableproduction.
