摘要
技术创新对于企业未来的发展至关重要。从技术创新入手,以云南某矿业企业为例,对技术创新现状及现存主要问题进行分析,从而得出其技术创新战略的模式选择和完善其技术创新战略的措施建议,研究如何通过创新技术提高企业核心竞争力,达到推动企业长远发展的目标。
Technology innovation is crucial to the future development of an enterprise. This paper analyzes the existing problems in technology innovation, taking the example of a mining enterprise in Yunnan province. Then the author summarizes suggestions on the choice of technical innovation strategic pattern and the improvement of technical innovation strategy. And the author also studies how to improve core-competitiveness and drive the enterprise to further development by means of technical innovation.
