四川某铅锌银矿选矿工艺研究

摘要 四川某铅锌银矿含锌7.91%,铅1.79%,银40g/t,针对矿物特点采用优先浮选法,先选铅后选锌,银富集在铅锌精矿中回收的选别流程。最终小型闭路试验的指标为:铅精矿含铅58.36%,铅回收率91.98%;锌精矿含锌56.76%,铅回收率94.96%,银总回收率57.84%。 The contents of Zn, Pb and Ag are 7.91%, 1.79% and40g/t for lead and zinc ore from Sichuan province. According to the ore properties and minerals characteristics, lead mineral is prior to recovery by flotation, and zinc mineral is recovered next. Silver is riched in the lead and zinc concentrates. Closed circuit results suggested that Lead grade is up to 58.36% with recovery of 91.98%, and Zinc grade is 56.76% with the recovery of 94.96%. Silver recovery is up to 57.84%.
