摘要
本文利用古典经济学理论解释了规模化程度差异下人力资本、社会资本对生产效率的影响机理,在此基础上构建了随机前沿函数测算三组不同规模化程度种粮大户的技术效率并用效率损失模型估计了人力资本和社会资本对三组农户技术效率的影响。研究认为,低、中、大三组规模农户平均技术效率分别为0.78、0.78、0.77;人力资本对三组农户技术效率均有影响:年龄和技术培训对小规模农户技术效率有负向影响,对中、大规模农户技术效率有正向影响;社会资本主要影响中、大规模农户技术效率:村内强关系网络、组织化程度、信任和团结提高中、大规模农户技术效率,参与公共事务对大规模农户技术效率有正向影响,村庄外部强关系网络降低大规模农户的技术效率。
The Paper use theory of classical economics to explain how human capital and social capital can influence food production efficiency of large grains with different land scale; Build SFA model to measure technical efficiency and use efficiency loss model to estimate the influence to technical efficiency of different scales by human capital and social capital. conclusions are: technical efficiency of larger grains in three scale groups are 0. 78、0. 78、0. 77; Human capital has influence to the technical efficiency of three groups: Age and Technical Training have negative influence to small-scale,but have positive influence to middle-scale and big-scale; Social capital mainly has influence to the technical efficiency of middle-scale and big-scale: The strong relationship network inside the village、organizational degree、trust and solidarity have positive influence to the technical efficiency of middle-scale and big-scale,participating in public affairs only improves the technical efficiency of big-scale,the strong relationship network outside the village reduces the technical efficiency of big-scale.
