摘要 短肢剪力墙既具有异形柱布置灵活又具有剪力墙刚度较大的优点,正越来越多地应用于高层住宅建筑。但是由于抗震性能较差,地震地区应用经验不多,其应用范围受到了限制。许多学者对改善其抗震性能进行了研究。介绍了短肢剪力墙结构振动台试验研究和短肢剪力墙低周反复荷载试验研究,总结了短肢剪力墙结构破坏模式和抗震性能较差的原因。简述了改善短肢剪力墙结构和剪力墙结构抗震性能的各种方法及其优缺点。应借助现有的改善剪力墙结构抗震性能的各种方法,进一步加强改善短肢剪力墙结构抗震性能的研究,以便在实际工程中推广应用。 Short-leg shear walls with advantages of flexible arrangement, similar to special-shaped columns, and high stiffness, similar to shear walls, are applied to more and more high-rise residential buildings. Due to poor seismic performances and little application experiences, its application scope is limited. Many methods to improve its seismic performances have been studied. Shaking table tests of short-leg shear wall structures and low cyclic loading tests of short-leg shear walls were introduced. Failure modes and causes of the poor seismic performances were summarized. Various methods with their advantages and disadvantages for improving seismic performances of short-leg shear wall structures and shear wall structures were introduced. The existing methods for improving seismic performances of shear wall structures could be used to improve seismic performance of short-leg shear wall structures to popularize the short-leg shear wall structures in practical engineering.
