摘要
党的十八大报告提出,加强和改进干部培训,提高干部素质和能力。在县级层面,就是要充分发挥县级党校的作用,创新干部教育培训方式,增强教育培训工作的实效性和针对性。文章以碧江区委党校近三年中青班培训情况为切入点,对县级党校干部培训工作提出对策和建议。
It was put forward in the Report on the 18 th National Congress of the CPC that the training on cadres should be further improved.Party schools at county-level should innovate the methods of training in order to improve the effectiveness and pertinency hence the increase of the capacity and quality of the cadres.This article puts forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions based on the observation on the courses for young and middle-aged cadres in the past 3 years.
