摘要
用户行为问题研究在新产品开发过程中起着重要,甚至是首要的作用。本文介绍了视频分析法的兴起原因及其发展概况,并通过对视频分析法应用程序的解读,论述了视频分析法在用户行为问题研究中的应用过程。
Research on user behavior problems plays an important role in new product development process, even a primary role. This article describes the reasons for the rise of video analysis methods and its development situation and through the interpretation of the application of video analysis methods, the article discusses the video analysis application process in studying user behavior problems.
